2022 Techniques Trophy and Cup

Despite the very hot weather we had another fantastic day's racing at Silverstone with a great turn out of 17 4-cylinder Morgans for our annual Techniques Trophy and Cup.
Congratulations to Billy Bellinger, who did not only win the Techniques Cup for first push-rod Morgan over the line but also the Techniques Trophy for being the first four cylinder Morgan across the line, ahead of the later twin cam engined cars. Mark Ellis was runner up for both the Trophy and the Cup, so congratulations to him as well.
The Driver of the Day 'award' this year went to Jim Mountain who after a difficult start drove superbly making his way through the grid of Morgans.
Thank you to all our competitors and spectators to making this another memorable event and of course our special thanks go to our Morgan 'Legend' Leigh Sebba for his entertaining presentation.
