Techniques is a well-established and respected family-run business, specialising in the care and maintenance of Morgan Sports Cars and TVRs. Recognised by the Morgan Motor Company as official service dealers, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, trusted expertise, and personal service to our loyal customers.

We are now looking for a Junior / Trainee Service & Parts Advisor to join our close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in the automotive industry, developing valuable skills and knowledge while working with some of the most iconic British sports cars.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working alongside the Workshop Manager to support the day-to-day running of the service department
  • Maintaining the workshop diary and booking customer vehicles
  • Organising and ordering parts from suppliers
  • Speaking directly with customers and suppliers, building communication and customer service skills
  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices
  • Learning the full process of service and parts management within a specialist dealer environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Enthusiasm for cars and a genuine interest in the automotive industry
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Computer literacy (experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage, but full training will be given)
