Our history

Techniques was established in April 1988 by the current proprietor, Brian Gateson. Starting out from small premises in Radlett in Hertfordshire, Techniques soon built an enviable reputation for high quality work on Morgans.

The excellent workmanship and moderate charges attracted not only local customers, but also Morgan owners from far afield, who wanted their cars to benefit from the ‘Techniques Treatment’.

Our customer base grew rapidly and the sheer volume of work soon outgrew the facilities we had at Radlett. In September 2000, Techniques moved to larger, modern and more accessible premises in Stotfold, Hertfordshire. This expansion allowed Techniques to continue to meet the needs of its growing number of Morgan customers.

Techniques’ emphasis on excellence is recognised by the Morgan Motor Car Company with our continued accreditation as an official Morgan Service Agency.
